UPP STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

 

WELCOME TO THE FITNESS CLASS THAT WILL CHANGE EVERYTHING!

UPP S&C IS THE FIRST GROUP CLASS DESIGNED TO ADDRESS ALL ASPECTS OF A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE.

THERE ARE 9 PRINCIPLES TO FITNESS THAT HAVE TO BE ADDRESSED IN ORDER FOR A PROGRAM TO BE EFFECTIVE IN CHANGING YOUR HEALTH LIFESTYLE ACROSS THE LIFESPAN.

SOME PROGRAMS WILL HIT A FEW OF THE PRINCIPLES, AND EVEN BE EFFECTIVE FOR A CERTAIN PERIOD OF TIME, BUT AT THE UPSTATE PERFORMANCE PROJECT WE STRIVE TO MAKE A LIFE LONG CHANGE IN HEALTH AND FITNESS FOR ALL OF OUR MEMBERS. AS SUCH, TBF HAS BEEN DESIGNED TO ENSURE STEADY PROGRESS OVER TIME, WHILE MAINTAINING SAFETY.

COACHES PETE AND CHELSI HAVE TAKEN THESE 9 PRINCIPLES, WHICH MOST PERSONAL TRAINERS AND SPORTS TEAM COACHES HAVE USED FOR YEARS TO HELP CLIENTS/ATHLETES ACHIEVE SUCCESS WHILE REDUCING THE RISK FOR INJURY, AND THEY HAVE CREATED A GROUP EXERCISE CLASS UNLIKE ANYTHING ELSE OFFERED.

CLASS MEMBERS WILL GET A WORKOUT THAT WILL PUSH THEM SO THAT WILL BECOME MORE CAPABLE IN ALL ASPECTS OF THEIR LIVES. OUR MISSION “SELF-EMPOWERMENT THROUGH STRENGTH AND EDUCATION,” AND UPP S&C KEEPS THAT MISSION CLOSE AT HEART.
