Personal Training

Personal Training (1-1.5 hour long sessions): No membership required

We specialize in training individuals of ALL ages and skill levels (ages 8-100)! We believe that addressing any weaknesses or imbalances FIRST is key to developing proper movement patterns and will ultimately allow the individual to get stronger and avoid injury.

One-On-One Rates:

1 individual Session = $60

1 session per week = $220/month ($55 per session)


2 sessions per week = $400/month ($50 per session)

3 sessions per week = $540/month ($45 per session)

Unlimited # of sessions = $800/month (~$40 per session depending on # of sessions you choose to do per month *no limit*)

Group Training Rates (2+ people):

1 session per week = $120/person per month


2 sessions per week = $220/person per month

3 sessions per week = $295/person per month

Unlimited sessions = $440/person per month
