- ONE HOUR CONSULTATION AND LIFESTYLE ANALYSIS, COMPLETE WITH MOVEMENT SCREEN, MEAL PLAN, AND REGISTRATION TO OUR ONLINE RESOURCES.
- ACCESS TO OUR PRIVATE APP, LINKING ALL OF OUR IN-HOUSE MEMBERS AND ONLINE MEMBERS FOR SUPPORT AND CAMARADERIE.
- DEPENDING ON WHICH PLAN YOU CHOOSE, THERE WILL BE A FULL MEAL PLAN AND SHOPPING LIST PROVIDED, APPROVED BY AN R.D. (OPTION 1), OR ACTUAL MEALS PREPPED AND READY FOR YOU (5/ WEEK) (OPTION 2).
