Quick Kettlebell Circuit

This quick circuit will get the heart rate upp but also push your muscles to get stronger. The “A circuit” is a great squat day accessory, the B circuit would be good on a bench or clean day, and the last one is pretty universal. I put them all three together for one workout.

The goal:

Try to string together each exercise with no rest, then rest a short 30 second rest between rounds. If you go heavy (1.5-2pood, or more(yikes)) take more like 90 seconds between sets, and 2 min between series!
